That or he’s registered it and decided that the UK plates are better and is keeping them on. I’ve seen it before, but I was driving at the time.

Absolutely! It started as a little hole in the wall shop but the food is absolutely killer. Gmaps rating is 4.7 stars out of nearly 500 reviews. https://www.zunzis.com/
It’s on York St near Drayton/Abercorn Square. Totally worth a 30 minute wait.
